What do I have to do in order to send my first SMS through your website?
To use our services, you must first fill in the registration form for free and accept the terms and conditions of the website.
There is no obligation required from your part. After completing the registration process, you will be able to use our service. By following the instructions, you will be able to load your contact lists, purchase the necessary credits and send your messages.
What type of text can I send?
You can send text messages with Latin or Greek capital characters (including punctuation, symbols and numbers).
Messages are limited by size: One SMS text message is limited to 160 characters (including spaces).
The Sender ID can be a maximum of 11 alphanumeric characters. Use Latin characters or a combination of characters and numbers. It is important to remember that you cannot use only numbers and should include at least one letter.

Do not worry about how to count the number of characters in your message, we will provide you with an SMS Counter displaying information about the total length of your message.

What Account is right for me?
Personal accounts are suitable for individuals looking to send messages to their friends and family.

Business accounts are suitable for organisations of any size requiring high quality SMS messages at competitive prices. The Business account allows you to connect your website, business application or other software directly to our SMS gateway. Additionally if you already have a CMSquick website, you can upgrade it by adding the SMS module.

We are currently offering the SMS service throughout all networks in Cyprus.
How do I pay?
We want to ensure that buying message credits from is simple and easy. Choose from the deposit options below to find the one that best suits you. Each option protects your privacy, ensuring that your online transaction is conducted safely.
Packages can be either bought online or offline. Specifically, you can buy via:

Is it possible to change the "sender ID"?
Yes. On the settings page of the online SMS interface you can set your Sender ID each time you send a message. The Sender ID can be up to 11 alphanumeric characters long (incl. spaces). The Sender ID is not allowed to be numeric only.
Do I need any additional software to use webSMS?
No. webSMS is web based and is supported by all internet browsers. The only thing you need is a computer and an internet connection.
What happens if I forget my password?
In case that you forgot or lost your password, please click on the "forgot password" link on the top right of the page. Enter the e-mail address you submitted on the registration form and our system will send you a confirmation email to reset your password.
What is a "Single Message"?
Use the Single Message to send a message to a single contact. This contact can either be selected from the contacts' list or from an existing group of contacts.
What are the "Bulk Messages"?
Use the "Bulk messages" to send mass messages to a group of contacts.
I have a very big list of Contacts. Is there an easy way to import them into the system?
You can very easily upload your contacts into the system by just uploading an excel file. We provide you with a sample file which indicates the required formatting that you need to follow for the contacts to be uploaded successfully! click here to download this file.

In addition, you can export your contacts from your "Outlook" ni an excel file format and import them into your "Contacts".
How can I unsubscribe from a sender's list?
You can unsubscribe from the website: Go to unsubscribe and fill in the fields required
How can I schedule to send an SMS?
First write your message and then press the button «Scheduler» to select the time plan to send your message. Once you select the date and time and press the button “Send”, the message is set in queue and will be sent at the time selected. You do not need to login again to your desktop, the message will be sent automatically at the scheduled date and time.
